The firing of a member of staff that whilst done legitimately is regarded as is unnecessarily. Its illegal in lots of countries and it is called unfair dismissal or wrongful dismissal.
Termination of this contract of employment which, while correctly following appropriate treatment, is however an abuse of managerial energy in its harshness, unfairness, or vindictiveness.
