An inherited as a type of vascular dementia that strikes fairly teenagers of both sexes and it is described as several shots, alzhiemer's disease, migraine-like problems, and psychiatric disturbances. CADASIL is due to mutation of a gene known as NOTCH3 situated on chromosome 19. Also referred to as hereditary multi-infarct alzhiemer's disease.
