What does Blood on the Tracks mean?

Blood on the Tracks meaning in Urban Dictionary

An album released by Bob Dylan in 1975. Regarded by many people as one of his most readily useful works and one of the most useful albums of all time. The songs appear to be motivated by Dylan's own private problems with respect to his split from his wife Sara Dylan, but Dylan himself insists that brief stories by Anton Chekhov had been the source of motivation.
