What does 443 Owned in the Face mean?

443 Owned in the Face meaning in Urban Dictionary

A general term employed for exorbitant blocks/restrictions on net access. The term derives from interface 443, the HTTPS or "secure" port. Sometimes, students at schools or employees under a restrictive firewall would sidestep web filters through the use of slot 443 in place of 80 (standard HTTP). When this caught on, administrators around the world began blocking interface 443 on their restricted sites, ultimately causing "443 possessed into the face."
