An inherited condition in which harmless tumors develop in hair roots regarding head, upper body, right back, and arms. These tumors are called fibrofolliculomas. Other characteristic skin abnormalities are trichodiscomas and acrochordons. A trichodiscoma is a tumor associated with tresses disc while an acrochordon is a skin label. Individuals with this syndrome have reached increased risk for establishing colon or renal cancer tumors plus spontaneous pneumothorax because of lung cysts.
