Rubbery white mozzarella cheese initially made just when you look at the Mexican states of Chihuahua and Michoacan, it is currently built in the United States; a cooked mozzarella cheese created from equal portions of fresh and sour milk; usually sold braided; it melts in gooey strings; also known as Chihuahua, Mennonite or Oaxaca mozzarella cheese; Monterey Jack or Longhorn Cheddar may be replaced.
