An arrangement where the client waives the right to sue health related conditions and, alternatively, agrees to distribute any dispute to arbitration. Arbitration agreements are legal and binding. The arguments within their favor are that, for customers, the way it is can be satisfied quicker, and more cash can go directly to the client (as opposed to to legal counsel). Doctors could get a discount on their malpractice insurance if most their particular clients signal such agreements.
