nything that a man wears for their security, or ingests their fingers, or utilizes in his anger, to throw at or strike at another. Co. Litt. 1616, 162a; State v. Buzzard, 4 Ark. 18. This term, as it's found in the constitution, in accordance with the right of residents to keep arms, refers to the arms of a militiaman or soldier, together with term is used in its army good sense. The hands associated with the infantry soldier will be the musket and bayonet; of cavalry and dragoons, the sabre, holster pistols, and carbine; of artillery, the field-piece, siegegun, and mortar, with side hands. The term, inside link, is not made to protect these types of tools as dirks, daggers, slung-shots, sword- canes, metal knuckles, and bowieknives. They are perhaps not military hands. English v.
